Basically...all your characters that have been created will be registed here. An administrator will look over your character, and if you've done a pretty good job of balancing it out, they'll register it. Only administrators and moderators of the RPG board can register characters.
And Administrators...you may not register your own character. Let another admin look at it. This is so we don't decide to create an all powerful character and register it without it having any weaknesses.
